As I've often mentioned in my previous paintings, I wanted to steer my art more towards an oil painting style, and this is the first one that I did with full awareness of that goal, and there is certainly no regrets. The textures turns out pretty lovely, making a simple painting look more sophisticated. I've also mentioned about steering towards a mono color theme, and it turns out great in this piece too.
